Parenting is Hard Work. This discussion based supportive series is for anyone who has ever wanted to talk about the job of parenting in a small group setting with other parents. Topics covered will be tailored to the specific needs of the participants. Some examples of topics covered are: managing temper tantrums, discipline vs. punishment, parent emotions, etc

Parenting Toddlers and Preschoolers. The focus is on understanding the unique challenges parents of children under age 5 encounter as their children move through the toddler and preschool years. Topics include but are not limited to: effective communication, the link between behaviour and temperament, etc

Circles of Security Attachment. The program supports parents and caregivers to learn and to observe and interpret children’s behavior using the Circle of Security theories. The Circle of Security draws a very clear link between child development, attachment research, emotional co-regulation and learning. The Circle of Security is equally relevant to families raising children of all ages. With the help of a Circle of Security design, parents will discover new ways to help their children connect, restore, and grow.
