Parents as Literacy Supporters in Immigrant Communities (IPALS) is a culturally responsive family literacy program designed to help immigrant and refugee families iand their young children flourish in their new communities. The Mandarin IPALS program takes place at Maywood Community School in the Fall and the Newcomer Program takes place at Edmonds Community School in the Spring.
