Baby & Me, an educational support group for mothers of infants 0 – 6 months who are experiencing multiple barriers in life. This group offers a nutritious lunch, one hour education session, infant weight gain monitoring, Dietitian, Public Health Nurse, and one-to-one services of an Outreach Worker. Food coupons, bus tickets and childcare are available to clients.
